Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law, customers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returned items must be received in original condition. Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or altered, or that show signs of use beyond normal inspection, are not eligible for return.

Original tags must be attached.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items

Items that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable and clearly indicated

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not accept unpaid or unannounced returns.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within 14 days.

Shipping costs are not refunded, except where required by law.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If an item is defective or incorrectly delivered, please contact us promptly. Statutory consumer rights apply.
