2. Applicability
These Terms of Service apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made via the Get on my camel webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
3. Products
All products are clothing items unless stated otherwise.
Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible.
Minor deviations in color or appearance may occur.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown before checkout.
Payment must be completed before shipment.
Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout.
5. Order and Delivery
Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
Get on my camel is not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason.
Conditions:
The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned item.
Exception:
Items made to order or personalized products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with EU law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns must be requested via email before sending the item back.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
If the returned product shows signs of use or damage, the refund may be reduced or refused.
8. Liability
Get on my camel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned, unless mandatory law states otherwise.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, texts, logos, and branding are the property of Get on my camel, unless stated otherwise.
Use or reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
10. Force Majeure
Get on my camel is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including strikes, transport disruptions, supplier failures, or government measures.
11. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted via email within a reasonable time.
We aim to respond within 14 days.
Consumers in the EU may also use the ODR platform for online dispute resolution.
12. Governing Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes shall be submitted to a competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
13. Amendments
Get on my camel reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
